Festivities, family, shopping, domestic skills, plastic stuff, candy, church, junk, travel, relatives, expectations, tradition, more expectations, more shopping. Failure. Give me a boring Monday, a normal slacker day. No fuss, no ribbons, no hoopla. I hate holidays. I know Good Moms aren't allowed to hate holidays, tradition or Jane Austen, but there it is. Don't tell my kids. A tired Grinch in a bunny suit. Aaaarrgghhh.

Happy Easter!
P.S. I love those bunnies. Where do you find these pictures? :-)
Hahaha, you should of heard the fusses around here right before dinner...a holiday?? Aren't they supposed to be relaxing and joyful??
love you! Mary
Went to church, nobody was all dolled up. It was a very good sermon. I love my church. Came home and relaxed with my husband all day. There was one point where he said "shouldn't we be doing something today?". I said, "I think we are doing it now". I love the Lord and try and celebrate his birth, life, death and resurrection everyday. Sometimes we lose sight of what's important when we try and make a big thing of it.
We've had a Very Happy Easter!!!
If only life could be this relaxing everyday.
There's nothing better than a good sermon.
